Glenn E. Graham - President

Born and raised in Brantford, Ontario, Glenn attended Brantford Collegiate Institute where he graduated grade 13 in 1982. He pursued his passion for the outdoors by enrolling in Sault College's Forestry Technician Program. During the summer months away from Sault College, Glenn worked for the Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) Fire Control, as a Forest Fire Fighter in Chapleau. This was a goal of his from seeing the fire crews in camp as a 17 year old Junior Ranger in Fort Frances .

After graduating from Sault College in 1984 as a Forestry Technician and knowing the MNR work was seasonal, Glenn attended the University of Guelph taking General Studies.

In 1986 after a busy fire season, Glenn stayed on with the MNR as a Site Prep Foremen, hoping to add to his growing resume and land a permanent position. Glenn worked his way through the ranks and in 1989 transferred to Sudbury Ontario as a Unit Crew Leader and Heli-Torch foreman. Seeing that permanent positions with the MNR Fire Control were few and far between, Glenn started to pursue his other passion; Aviation.

Obtaining his Private Fixed Wing licence in 1990, Glenn immediately applied to the Canadore College Helicopter Program. Helicopters being his true passion, ever since being dropped off in swamps fighting forest fires. Glenn was accepted to the program in 1990 where he met his flight instructor Colin Sullivan (Sully). Glenn Graduated as a Commercial Helicopter Pilot in May of 1991.

Fighting Forest Fires on the ground would be short lived as Glenn landed a part-time flying job with Heli-North Aviation and his Aviation career took off from there. At Heli-North Glenn worked his way from Line Pilot; flying various charters and of course fighting forest fires, to Chief Pilot and Operations Manager. Glenn also found he had a knack for teaching while at Heli-North, so he obtained his Class 4 Instructor Rating and worked his way to a Class 1. He has graduated 50 students over the years.

While working at Heli-North Glenn met Brenda Tremblay, retired Chief Operating Officer of Science North and current vice president of Graham Aviation Consulting and Pilotage. Soon after they were married and had two children Thomas and Laura.

From the days of Heli-North, Glenn has worked for several helicopter companies; Day Aviation, Gateway Helicopters Ltd. and Geotech Aviation Ltd., all in Transport Canada Approved Management Positions. This brings us to April 27, 2012 where Glenn incorporated 1866500 Ontario Limited, soon after to become Graham Aviation Consulting & Pilotage.

Drawing on 23 years of aviation experience, an impeccable reputation with Transport Canada and respect from his peers, Glenn has established an aviation consulting company that will listen to your needs, create an action plan and get you results within your budget.
